Hi, for MD802 update you need to download PC Suite V6.34. Actually you can see MD802 under Products when you login to download PC Suite. Please check. Thanks!

 I have a lot of problems with my autel maxidiag md802:
1.- I can not download the last version of the software autel pc suite v6.34 from this page (the server is taking too long to respond)
2.- I can not change the language appear this message (The language is not authorized. Please obtain the authorization!)
3.- I have a Suzuki Grand vitara 2.4cc 2012 and I can not connect the scanner beacuse the scanner can not link (the connection fail)

Please help with that.

I have just taken delivery of my much anticipated MD802 Elite 'all systems'.
I cannot update the software.. PCSuite has been "Loading....." for over 2 hours now!!!

I cannot connect to OBD2 module on my Toyota.. tool displays 'Link Error'..as it cannot find th ecorrect protocol.

 Yet it connects to the Scan module but requires manual input of vehicle details!

Autel website is pretty useless.. as is the manual.

Beginning to wonder if I wasted a lot of money on this!

--> Please make sure you installed the right version of PC suite. And what’s your Win system version? Our PC suite can‘t work well in Win 10 64bit, so it is suggested you try in Win 7 to have a try.

--> OBDII option can only work for the vechicles applied with OBDII protocol. So please make sure this Toyota is OBDII protocol.

-> Which function did you fail to get communication? Which system? What's the VIN No. of this car?
